Summer School Application Procedure
Applying for courses
With the application form enclose a Motivation Letter (between 300-500 words) and a CV. It is recommended that you enclose a Recommendation Letter (of teacher or employer). Recommendation letter will increase your possibilities to enter in Summer School program.
Pay attention to the application deadlines:
- for term A: May 15th, 2008
- for term B: May 15th, 2008
- for term C: June 30th, 2008
Registration and Tuition Fees
The registration fee is 100 EUR.
The tuition fee for each course is 300 EUR. It covers lectures, various teaching material, free access to the internet.

Applying for financial aid
Students participating in Summer School program can ask for financial aid for the tuition fee and accommodation in the Student Residence.
Deadlines for financial aid applications:
- Term A: April 30th, 2008
- Term B: April 30th, 2008
- Term C: June 15th, 2008
Payment
All participants have to pay the registration fee of 100 EUR in order to confirm their participation. The registration fee has to be paid 3 weeks prior to the course starting date. Please send the payment confirmation to the following EMUNI Center fax number: + 386 5 671 36 05.
IMPORTANT: Participants who need a Visa to enter Slovenia are required to pay the registration fee immediately, so that we will be able to issue a Letter of Guarantee.
The payment of the tuition fee has to be deposited at least 2 weeks prior to the course starting day. However, you will be able to pay for your accommodation (at Center EMUNI) even on the first day of your arrival at center EMUNI.
Those who will not be staying at Center EMUNI must contact their individual provider regarding the payment for their accommodation.

Cancellation policy
Student cancellations
The registration fee is not refundable. If you cannot attend the course, you are kindly requested to notify the Center EMUNi by fax +386 5 671 36 05 or by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the course starting date. In case the cancellation is not made within the specified time limit, the tuition and accommodation (at Center EMUNI) cost will not be reimbursed. Payments will be reimbursed only in emergency cases such as military call-up, serious illness, accident or death in the family (partner, parents or children).
EMUNI cancellation
In case a particular course will not have enough participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the course (one month prior to the course starting date). The organizer also reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program without prior notice.
