Euro-Mediterranean Studies
Guidelines for participants
Application deadline:
- for courses that will be delivered in the 1st term (27 February to 13 March 2012): 15 February 2012 or until the vacancies are filled
- for courses that will be delivered in the 2nd term (26 March to 6 April 2012): 9 March 2012 or until the vacancies are filled
- for courses that will be delivered in the 3rd term (7 to 18 May 2012): 20 April 2012 or until the vacancies are filled

Participants can apply for the course through e-registration. The following attachments are a required part of application:
- curriculum Vitae (recommended is Europass CV)
- copy of the transcript with grade point average of current or previous study
- Passport format photo
- Recommendation Letter(s) (of teacher or employer), which will increase your enrolment possibilities in case of enrolment restriction.
Courses have been funded with support from the European Commission and EMUNI Foundation. Participants can ask for grants for the tuition fee, accommodation in the Students Residence and transportation.
Visa information
Participants who need visas to enter Slovenia can apply for them at Slovene embassies or consulates in their countries. EMUNI can help in procedures of getting visas by issuing an Invitation Letter.
Payment
Participants have to pay the registration fee in amount of 250 EUR in order to confirm their participation. The registration fee has to be paid by 15 February for courses in the 1st term and by 9 March for courses in the 2nd term and by April 20 for the courses in the 3rd term. Please send the payment confirmation to the following EMUNI fax number: + 386 59 25 00 54.
The payment of the tuition fee has to be completed one week before the course starting date.

Cancellation policy
Participants' cancellations
The registration fee is not refundable. If you cannot attend the course, you are kindly requested to notify EMUNI by fax + 386 59 25 00 54 or by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the course starting date. In case the cancellation is not made within the specified time limit, the tuition cost will not be reimbursed. Payments will be reimbursed only in emergency cases such as military call-up, serious illness, accident or death in the family (partner, parents or children).
EMUNI cancellation
In case that the course will not have enough participants, the organizer reserves the right to cancel it. The organizer also reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the program without prior notice.
