Qualifications:
University education (pre-Bologna) or 2nd
Bologna grade education or 2nd grade higher education degree or
similar education.
Driving licence (B category).
Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:
2 years of work experience in the field of
International Relations/Cooperation and/or Public relations.
Knowledge of English and French languages.
Computer/ICT skills: MS - Word, Excel, Power Point,
e-mail correspondence.
Knowledge of Slovenian or Arabic languages desirable.
Job
description:
Performs organizational, coordination and support
activities and tasks for the President of the University in the fields of
protocol, organization of events and public relations.
Elaborates the Annual activities plan in the fields of
protocol, organization of events and public relations.
Plans the use of premises for protocol events,
conferences, seminars and consultation sessions at the University.
Elaborates public communiqués/press announcements and
prepares materials for (press) releases and manages the promotional materials
of the University.
Edits publications of the University and coordinates
texts (both contextually and technically).
Performs other tasks, assigned by the President of the
University.
