Qualifications:
- University education (pre-Bologna) or 2nd
Bologna grade education or 2nd grade higher education degree or
similar education.
- Possession of MBA is a major asset.

Driving licence (B category).
Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:

5 years of work experience in a comparable field of
work.

Knowledge of the sector work field.

Knowledge of the higher education system.

English and/or French and Slovenian language
knowledge.

Computer/ICT skills: MS - Word, Excel, Power Point,
e-mail correspondence.

Knowledge of French or Arabic language desirable.

organizational tasks in the sector.

Participation in the process(es) of elaboration and
implementation of projects.

Planning of work responsibilities and schedule of
employees of the sector.

Monitoring/Supervision of the work and usage of work
time of sector's employees.

Elaboration of analyses and reports in relation to the
sector's performance.
