Application Procedure
E-registration [link]
Participants can apply through e-registration. The following attachments are a required part of application: Curriculum Vitae (recommended is Europass CV) and copy of the transcript with grade point average of current or previous study.
It is also recommended that you enclose:
- Motivation Letter (between 300-500 words) and
- Recommendation Letter(s) (of teacher or employer), what will increase your enrolment possibilities in case of enrolment restriction.
Participants can ask for grants for the tuition fee and accommodation in the Students Residence (double room). In order to apply for grants, participants need to enclose Recommendation Letter(s).
Visa information
Participants who need visas to enter Slovenia can apply for them at Slovene embassies or consulates in their countries. EMUNI can help in procedures of getting visas by issuing an Invitation Letter.
Payment
All participants have to pay the registration fee in amount of 100 EUR in order to confirm their participation. The registration fee has to be paid by 15 May. Please send the payment confirmation to the following EMUNI fax number: + 386 5 671 36 05.
The payment of the tuition fee in amount of 240 EUR has to be completed by 24 May 2010.

Participants' cancellations
The registration fee is not refundable. If you cannot attend the professional school, you are kindly requested to notify EMUNI by fax +386 5 671 36 05 or by e-mail at least 7 days prior to the course starting date. In case the cancellation is not made within the specified time limit, the tuition cost will not be reimbursed. Payments will be reimbursed only in emergency cases such as military call-up, serious illness, accident or death in the family (partner, parents or children).

In the case of not enough participants, the organiser reserves the right to cancel the professional school.
