Call for Papers - MIC 2012

organised by the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska, Slovenia with cooperation of the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary

 

to be held November 22-24, 2012 in Budapest, Hungary.

 

The overall topic of the 2012 conference is "Managing Transformation with Creativity". However, as every year we welcome also papers from other fields of management studies.

 

Important Dates:

E-registration through Conference website open: February 15, 2012

Abstract/Paper submission: April 30, 2012

Workshop proposition: May 31, 2012

Notification of acceptance: June 15, 2012

Final Paper submission: August 15, 2012

Conference: November 22-24, 2012

 

Paper Submission:

Upload your extended abstract (3-5 pages) or full paper to the conference webpage by April 30, 2012.

Please note that submission is ONLY through the MIC electronic submission system.

All extended abstracts and full papers are submitted to a double-blind review.

Papers accepted in the review process will be published in MIC 2012 Conference Proceedings in CD format.

 

The MIC 2012 policy requires one unique author to be registered for each paper accepted for presentation and publication.

If you are an author or co-author on more then one accepted paper, each paper must have one unique author registration to be accepted for conference presentation and publication.

Call for Workshops:

In the interest of making our conference a real place to exchange ideas and experience in a creative way, the MIC 2012 will offer its participants the opportunity to propose and attend workshops to discuss their on-going research in an open way, share best practices and experience, etc. Workshop organizers are invited to submit one or more themes that are deemed pertinent for today's academic and professional environment. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Particularly interesting case studies or research agendas related to conference topics
  • A learning tool, teaching method, student involvement exercises or other pedagogical technique
