Admission Requirements

Successful applicants to the programme must:

  • Be younger than 40 years old on October 1, 2017
  • Have Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Business or Economics fields
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the English language (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages - CEFR, level C1)
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and ambition through the submission of a framework for an entrepreneurial project, which is part of the application form.

Application Process and Timeline

The application deadline is 15 October 2017.

All candidates should apply online via EMUNI’s website.

The candidates are required to submit the following supporting documents with their online application form (including the Entrepreneurial Idea Template):

  • Scanned copy of Passport
  • Color scanned copy of Bachelor degree (in original language)
  • Scanned copy of transcript of records (in English)
  • Short description of previous education in English (written by the candidate him/herself)
  • Motivation letter in English (maximum of 500 words)
  • English Language knowledge proof (please refer to CEFR file under English language knowledge in the application form)
  • CV in English (preferably in Europass format)
  • Filled in Entrepreneurial idea form

The educational administrators of EMUNI and partner institutions will screen applicants for eligibility and fulfillment of admission requirements.

A selection committee will short-list the applicants based on the pre-determined evaluation grid (below). This is based on two criteria, academic merits (50%) and entrepreneurial potential (50%).

Final selection, from the short-listed candidates, will be carried out through a personal interview with a selection committee. Interviews will be scheduled in the first week of August at the candidates’ home countries or in Slovenia, whichever is more convenient for both the candidate and EMUNI/partner Institutions. In exceptional cases Skype interviews might be arranged.

The final selection will be made by December 2017.

The program will start in February 2018.

Tuition Fee: 3.000 EUR for the whole programme, excluding the travel and accommodation expenses.
